No, I tried that by swapping the 997 motors to the 996 ECU but no luck. Too many other wires that needed homes. The Pelican link is to get 997 memory seats to bypass the memory and CANBUS functions. They would essentially work the same as the passenger less the lumbar. That's ANOTHER can of worms.

No, this is just to get everything else to work. These are only 2-way adjustable seats so the only thing the memory function would even do is the mirrors and seat backs. They are manual height and forward/back. The memory functions would be pretty pointless.

Is a swap of 997 18-way seats possible since the "997 seat ECU" resides in the seat itself? (just need to figure out power/gnd/CAN connections?)
