I just picked up my 996 - a 1999 - today. Here's my options sticker, which has some nice (though likely not rare) options, such as 993-style hollow wheels, LSD and sport suspension:

I can't spend 20m going back and forth between this tab and the options lits on StuttCars
My 1999 is also a low option car. Michelin Research and Development bought it from Brumos Porsche who modified it for them. Euro GT3 seats, full roll cage (removed before I bought it), X51 baffle, wheel studs, and jacking points to pick up both wheels at one time.
I have the original window sticker and the only listed options were Sport Package and CD Changer.
030 suspension
220 LSD
222/224 Traction control (with on/off button).
Option sticker was messed up by previous owner.
