Default Another window drop issue.

I've read through a bunch of the other posts on the subject of these window drop issues. I can't seem to find one that matched what I'm seeing.
Basically, the window drops when you pull the handle... just not enough. Here is a video that illustrates what I'm experiencing:

No adjusting on that. The window regulator is what determines the drop, since the microswitch is actually working. Slop in the window regulator cable causes the window not to drop enough. Replace window regulator and the problem is fixed.

You can use zipties to remove the slack.

Worth the penalty to get the factory part unless you want to be in there again soon.

I did the zip tie last week for the same problem on the 04 C2, took less than an hour to do the whole job , I also have a new window regulator to install if needed. zip tie worked great and took the slack out of the cable. on the 02 C2 I sent the regulators to Power Windows Repair in PHX AZ. to be rebuilt with better components and life time warranty, did the same for the Benz W123 Coupe. they do great work and fast turn around time.
