Doing the bushes problem with the concentric bolt!
Soooo decided that having the engine out to do the clutch wasn't enough so decided to refurb the suspension bushes whilst I'm at it , started stripping the suspension arms off the subframes today as all the bushes look shot but I can't seem to get the concentric toe adjustment bolts out , I have the nut and washer off the end but the bolts are still tight in there , tried moving the concentric but backwards and forwards a bit , feels tight , I'm thinking the bolt has seized to the aluminium bush part of the suspension arm or am I missing something stopping the bolt coming out, tried tapping with a drift and a hammer but doesn't budge! I think they are original to the car so like 20 years old so maybe just seized but other parts of the suspension with normal bolts in came out not too bad so anyone got any idea if I'm doing something wrong here??

I wound up using a saw-zall with a good quality metal blade (really quick and very accurate). If you cut the arm off so just the bushing end is captured by the bolt it makes it much easier - you're going to have to replace the arm(s) anyway. I wound up using adjustable toe arms - just makes everything easier in the long run (albeit more expensive). Good luck
