Default 99/01 Engine Swap

Good morning rennlisters. I'm currently swapping out the 175k 3.4 in my 99 C4 manual for a 52k 3.4 from an 01 C2 Tiptronic. I've seen others mention the engine wiring harness from my manual needs to be swapped over but as a dig into this harness and sensors I haven't found any major differences. The only additional component I've found is the additional vacuum control solenoid off the vacuum canister for the Tiptronic. Anyone know if this Tiptronic engine wiring harness will pug and play in my manual body? It's in much better condition than the high milage harness on my old engine.

PS the 52k tiptronic tansmission is up on eBay w/ no reserve.
Thanks!

If u r just swap the motor your existing harness and dme will work fine. Just confirm the sendors r the same. If they r not buy the sensor for your year and install in the new motor.

Thanks for the reply De Jeeper. I also came across this thread that confirms what you've said.
