Default 996 3.4 fuel pressure regulator help

Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me if I can use the 3.6 fuel regulator on my 99 3.4 or are they different , it says the 3.4 version NLA!

Thankyou TS, I would imagine any regulator with the right dimensions running at 3.8 bar would be ok ??

I'm pretty sure the 3.4 regulater is welded to the fuel rail. Might be tough to use substitute.
Why do you need a regulator?

Why do you need a regulator?
The body is part of the rail but the regulator is clipped in from the top, my fuel rail was a bit corroded and I've cleaned it up and re painted it, I took the regulator out to do this as it had some corrosion around it and I wanted to sort that out , the regulator is ok but the seal and filter need replacing , I've ordered an aftermarket one , think I'm gonna steal the seals and filter off that to put on the factory one then put that back in

Okay sounds like a plan. I think those regulators are pretty well made.
