Default Clean outside trim and dressing for interior

Hey everybody. I’m new to the forum and new to the Porsche world. I have a 1999 Carrera C2. Looking for suggestions on what to use to wipe down interior and protect it as well as a product to use on exterior vinyl pieces. Thank you

Welcome Metty! Pics of your ‘99? +1 on the 303, wipes and spray available. Meguiar’s Back to Black works fine as well. 303 lasts a little longer than the Meg’s, in my experience. The 303 should last longer than it does, being as they tout it as useful and long-lasting for use on aircraft (where harsh extremes are encountered). But 303 can be applied to more than just black trim.

Depending on how bad the plastics are either Cquarz D Lux or Solution Finish, if that doesn't work replace. For interior 303 is good, I usually use an APC diluted properly.

+1 for 303, but also if there is buildup on the trim you can clean it with one of the plastic cleaners: Nextzett, Griots, Meg's - then follow up with more 303 or a trim treatement like Nextzett Gummi Pfledge, Griot's Vinyl/Rubber Dressing, etc. For the interior vinyl/plastic I like the Einzett [now Nextzett] Deep Plastic Cleaner, their regular plastic cleaner, then top with either 303 Aerospace or the Griot's Garage product.

My interior is mostly leather - someone ante'd up for the full leather option, so for that I've been experimenting with Chemical Guys leather cleaner, detail spray and leather treatements. Not bad.

We use Miller Stephenson's at work. I also use it on my personal vehicles. It's not the most expensive product on the market, but it's good enough to make $15-20 million dollar helicopters look nice.
