Carfax blooper, should have gone for ~$30k. We know why it didn't go: "But - but - honey I DID list the 911 for sale. Honest!"
This is not sour grapes, I"m all for an efficient market. no sale at $30k, the owner likes it more than the market I guess.

Not surprised, but certainly goes to show ya... it’s not what sellers are asking for these days but what buyers are willing to pay. “End of the rainbow” buyer for this one is $32k me thinks, but if you factor in BAT fees and transport a final bid of $30k would eclipse that number.
they need that 2 minute reset to prevent computer automatically bidding in last millisecond, protects all bidders. doesn't bother me as long as it is disclosed.
i admit i overpaid earlier this year for my 03 c4s with low miles & factory sports exhaust, but after seeing recent sales (and no sales like this one), maybe my purchase wasn't too far off from FMV.

They do it that way to prevent the sniping. Good for the seller and for BAT as it let's everybody put in their bids without the last second loss. Kinda like a live auction where the auctioneer tries get get all the bids out on the table.
They wanted over $30k with no IMS and an accident on the CarFax? I mean WE 996 owners like it, but even then, yellow is a strong color choice and accident damage lasts on it's ledger forever...
