Today the seller told me the car sold for asking price with no PPI subject. Probably to the damn tech who serviced it. I loved it but not enough to roll the dice on without a PPI.

For the 996, it might take a while, but get what you actually want. Don't settle.

Knowing that it's got The IMSS installed, I'd revise my price estimate upward to $22-$25k US (around $30-$32 CAD ?) depending on PPI...
