plastic separated from fender

Default plastic separated from fender
On both sides of my car, the plastic piece just in front of the front wheel (see image below) has separated from the fender. Can it just be snapped back into place with a little persuasion?

No pursuasion required, just push them in until the barbed plastic tabs snap into place.
