I let my friends, and anybody who tells me the 996 is "the bad 911," drive it.

NO "FRIENDS" But family taught my daughter and son. My ex used to drive the kids to school in it. 2 in the back 1 in front. Top-down. They never forgot that as little kids! Now my GF drives it a lot. She showed up at work in the Turbo to surprise me for lunch! I'm glad she had "fun"!!

I let my Dad drive it, after all he did teach me to drive a manual car when I was 14 so.... kinda had to make that one happen. Only other person is a good friend who owns a 993, fellow porsche guy so he knows what he's doing. I've had friends ask, I always just brush it of with a yeah right.
