I think they all look good but I'm partial towards my 99. The turbo looks really good though.

I'd say C4S, but don't see it listed, unless C4 counts?
C4S (in my biased opinion) is still one of the all-time great 'lookers' to come from Porsche. Top 5 easy, top 3 in the right color.

I'd add the following to your poll:
You could consider adding 996.2 C4S with aerokit, but they are so unusual that I doubt most people here have ever seen one.
The two 996 variants that look the best in my opinion aren't in your poll (996.2 C4S and 996.1 C2 with factory aerokit).
- 996.2 Carrera 4S
- 996.1 C2/C4 with aerokit
- 996.2 C2/C4 with aerokit

i am a huge fan of 996s both .1 and .2 and i agree that the C4S is among the best however, i have been on a quest to making the best of all of the 996s. Here are the pieces...
.1 base car
.1 Aero - front bumper, skirts and wing (love taco)
.2 Rear bumper and bumperettes
.2 GT3 splitter
.2 GT3 Wheels
