You can do what I did, and get a emblem and scan it.

Not sure what your doing with it, but little bit of Photoshop effort and you can smooth it out.

resolution is 1k x 1k pixel count

What's the application? Ideally you want it as a vector. I just ran the low res image you provided through Illustrator to see if I could quickly create one for you, but it isn't perfect. The only way I know of, short of getting it from Porsche, would be to get a decent image of it and trace/draw it by hand in Illustrator. That would get you something pretty close to perfect that could then be resized infinitely.
