Will these offsets work on my 996 C4S?
Found a good deal on some wheels / tires. The wheels sizes and offsets are the following. Can someone please let me know if these are correct?
19x11 ET35
19x8.5 ET51
Not sure if it matters, but these are HRE's

I tried 19" on my 996 and didn't have any trouble other than scrubbing on the front wheels during hard turns. I eventually went back to 18". I don't have my Porsche wheel book in front of me, but I believe those rear offsets may be a problem.

You would need spacers to push the rears out I believe. My 19” HREs are 19x8.5 ET50 and 19x11 ET52. Purchased a set of Champion RG5s to replace them and they are 19x8 ET46 and 19x11.5 ET44. HREs are for sale if you’re looking for a set.

spacers subtract from offset (not add) so you can't fix the rears.... my car has 11x18 ET63 with 5mm spacers making it the equivalent of ET 58 and seems perfect. At et 35 it will stick out amost another inch. It would give it a jeep wrangler look

Now if if you are lowered, you do need to think about tire size as ideally you’d want to run tires that give you a similar rolling diameter to the stock 18’s.

Yes on a nb, but not on a c4s. The tears are a tad aggressive but should be fine. Put another way, the rears will stick out further than stock, but we’re talking about less than a half inch.

Any wheel combo will rub with a fat enough tire, hence my advice. I have nineteens in the same width's (but different offsets) as what your looking at on my c4s w/ no issues.
