I agree that jokes about women are completely inappropriate and shouldn't be tolerated in 2019, which is why in my currently justifiable triggered state I'd like to lighten up the atmosphere here and share a joke about glass.
Do you know to blind a female?
Put her in the driver's seat behind a windshield! *

Rennlist is a community , there are members from all over the world , of all political stripes , religions and yes of both sexes
there is nothing that can make an online community turn toxic faster than poor taste comments about gender,race , politics , religion and nationality .
The rennlist community is strong because it historically has avoided these pitfalls that have killed other forums .
We have to ask ourselves , what kind of community do we want to be a part of ?
Jokes are fine , I did stand up for a couple years , in that environment you learn where the line is .
id say jokes even suggesting beating your wife go over it.
If this community decides the other way , it may be the end of it for many.
This community is the best 996 forum on the internet , it's worth protecting .
its either welcoming for everybody or it's not
otherwise it could slipery slope into thread after thread of Godwin's law

Owner - "Of course she's hurt! We already begun the process of suing Porsche of America, Michelin tire company, and Takata for the airbags."
Friend - "Um, wait just a minute... Takata didn't make airbags for Porsche!"
Owner - "They made them for BMW, that's close enough!"
((drum rim shot))) crickets crickets (((face palm)))
Lighten up people. No where in that joke did it advocate physically hitting a female. Heck, this day in time the "wife" could have been really a cybernetic or imaginary figure of some kind.

My wife did too! No telling how many times my wife says stuff like, "if you don't put that toilet seat down I'm going to rip your leg off and beat you with the bloody end!" hahahaha
