I think it’s too high, I have a 99’ 996 C2 aero kit in ocean blue and it’s a garage queen that just passed 28K Miles. I’ve done IMS RMS clutch kit, tires, exhaust mod. I ceramic coated it and I don’t think I can get more than 25-26K in NE. I agree that low miles could still be a problem and you need to get a thorough pre purchase inspection especially at that price.
