Nawwww, y’all wouldn’t have wanted to spend $3000 on a broken car.
I would have done the nice thing and taken it off their hands So they wouldn’t have had to worry about it and could move on with their lives.

I think they are $10-$15k depending. Any more than that and the rebuild cost wouldn’t make much sense.
