Dayly driver all year round, 90,000Km. I only don't drive it on few ocasions when its absoultely necesary (space, ground clearance, etc) since the 996 is the only car that makes driving fun enough.

Daily driver but since I work out of my house (a 33 step commute from bedroom to office) I only end up with 1K miles per month. But a good 750 of those miles are daily chores like going to the market, home depot, soccer practice with my son etc. My prior 996 (my2000) averaged 2500 miles a month with zero problems.

21,000 miles in six months. daily driver, toy, and i have learned to get lost even on the way home from the grocery store. i often turn the 2 mile drive home into a 1 hour adventure.

my car gets exercised daily to within an inch of it's life. 3,000 miles is what i average a month. i take it everywhere--regardless of parking limitations and sketchty neighborhoods, etc. these things are meant to be driven daily...i pitty owners who somehow think they're custodians of the last remaining p-cars and treat them like garage queens.

It's my third car and so far it has averaged about 560 miles per month. Most of my driving is now on Sundays, long as they are dry. No point driving it any other day of the week (well, maybe Saturday afternoons) cuz of traffic.

I drive mine to work almost every day. I also have a 93 Integra that gets driven just enough to keep the battery happy, or when I need to park for a few days at the airport. But work is close enough that after 3.5 years I'm only at 30,000 miles (800 on the new engine thanks to RMS).

Almost 4 years old and just clocked 34,000 miles.
I generally use my other car (Alfa Romeo 147 Cloverleaf) for trips to the shops. The porker is a fun car and I bought it for that purpose....hence a cab in UK weather......i.e., wait for the sun to come out....someday
34k is quite high for a non-daily but it proves how much I like to take it out.
The Alfa is really my daily driver. But if I have a long trip (and I usuallt have to drive to London once a month), I use the beast. In snow, it stays in the garage. I figure I spend that much time cleaning and polishing it that taking it out in the snow defeats the object.

During the nice weather, I drive my 996 C4 ~1000 mi/month. But in the lousy weather it relaxes in the garage and I let my other car get all salty.

Daily driver for my wife who takes it to work. On the weekends do a total of about 250 miles from Manhattan to the Hamptons and back. Only time we don't drive it is when there's really bad snow and ice. '02 cab. Took delivery in Oct. 2001. Has 37k mi. Our previous car, a '99 cab, was also a daily driver and had 55k mi. when we traded it in after 3yrs.

really, i've driven half way across the US four times and to the north carolina mountains twice in it.

living in a state with one hill (the causeway over the river)...i'm inclined to take road trips frequently. i bet i'll have 50K miles my first year. i have 375,000 miles on my honda.

oh, and i especially drive it in the rain.

i had to say that since so many people, including my brother, won't get their porsche out of the garage unless the sun is shining.
