Default Becker CD Changer Installation - HELP PLEASE

Hello,

Does anybody know if 996s were fitted with Cd Changer connection cables in the front luggage compartment even if the car was supplied new without a Cd Changer ???

I've looked for the cable ends in the luggage compartment but I can't find them !!!

If no cable was supplied where can I buy one (preferably in the UK) to connect Becker Silverstone 2660 Changer to the head unit.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated ???

Cheers,

SP

Becker/HK should be able to provide you with the cable...at least they do in here in the US.

The cables are not pre-installed (not on my car at least). They should not cost much however. You can call Becker directly at:
(888) 423-3537 x 1209
Its the US number, but they may have a UK/Euro distributor.

My Becker Silverstone came c/w cables, but when I looked beneath the plastic cover on the n/s/f boot (by the interior lamp) the cables were already there!
