Please post the result of the repair and the parts that were replaced. My car has done the same thing a few times.

Got the car back and all is fine now.

The driver's door lock mechanism was defective. They replaced the assembly and cleared/reset the codes. Total bill came to $840.00.

Door lock mechanism Part #8N1 837 015 C.

Top is down and I'm heading for the coast!
