Can not adjust Steering Wheel
For the first time I should adjust my Steering wheel in/out. The car is a 996 cab from -00. I released the lever but nothing happends, I can not move it in or out?
Shall the ignition be on or off?
Shall the motor be running?
Or shall the key be out of the lock?
I guess that the adjustment is mechanic, not electric?
Anyone with some ideas?

Drifting
Push or pull harder. The car doesn’t need to be running, it doesn’t need to be in gear or out, the ignition has no impact, it is not electric, it is a simple mechanical device clamping it in position. Once the lever is flipped, push in or pull out.

I have a similar problem with mine. Sometimes I can yank on it and it will move but sometimes it acts like it is locked in some way. I know it isn't locked, but maybe it depends on the temperature or something that makes it less "stuck" sometimes? Pull harder.
