Default help ID suspension

I picked a 2004 C4S recently and realized that the ride height is lower than stock.
Any idea what suspension does the car have?

Is there any numbers on it? First glance is it looks stocks with maybe some lowering springs but tough to tell with them that dirty.

Definitely standard, may even be M030 which would make it 10mm lower than stock.

Do you have the build sheet or options list? Does it say "Special Chassis Rigidly Tuned"?

This might help but given age these may not be comparable:

If you clean the springs off there may very well be some identifiers on them. It's possible that they're "sport" (shorter) springs with the stock struts/shocks...

Struts look OEM in design, springs I dont think would have come from factory with H&R on them.

Other C4S owners should be able to confirm.

They look like stock struts (black probably B4), Bilstein B8's are yellow. If you decide to replace the stock struts/shocks, I'd recommend B8's as they're designed for those springs - I would imagine you'll notice/feel the difference in how they perform as compared to what's on there now. Good luck
