Is there any numbers on it? First glance is it looks stocks with maybe some lowering springs but tough to tell with them that dirty.

If you clean the springs off there may very well be some identifiers on them. It's possible that they're "sport" (shorter) springs with the stock struts/shocks...

They look like stock struts (black probably B4), Bilstein B8's are yellow. If you decide to replace the stock struts/shocks, I'd recommend B8's as they're designed for those springs - I would imagine you'll notice/feel the difference in how they perform as compared to what's on there now. Good luck
