Default First Start Up After Engine Refresh - whining noise near intake

Hey Guys,

I finally got around to fixing the cam issues (dislodged freeze plug) that i suffered the first time started the car. This time around this are going much better, but there a weird noise coming from around the intake/throttle body. Its not constant, seems to cycle every 5 seconds or so.

In the video below you can hear the noise starting at round 18 seconds when I rev the engine, and then it gets pretty evident again around 35 seconds. Any thoughts?

Other than the noise, the car is running pretty smoothly with no codes

I have a durametric unit, if there's anything I can check

Solved the issue. Had to top us power steering fluid. I guess the pump was running dry.
