The motor mount police are after everyone these days eh? My exhaust tips fit looks similar to yours and I have RS mounts. Sometimes its just the way they entire system is put back together after exhaust mods or upgrades like xpipes. Good luck with the new 4S!

I don't think anyone explained it. There's a decent gap between the exhaust tip and the bumper, which is indicative of a tired motor mount. If they've never been changed, there's a good chance they're due. That being said, after I changed my mount - one side still hung a bit lower than the other.

Also - I just looked at OP's pic and that driver's side tip definitely looks low. Similar to how mine were when I bought the car. Here is a quick video I put together outlining the process that gives you some measurements + a list of tools you need to replace them.

This happened to me as well. I fixed it when I installed my Fister mufflers. It turns out, the exhaust tip position is adjustable by loosening the vband clamp that attaches the muffler outlet pipe to the pipe with the tips on it. If your band clamp is rusted, I'd recommend ordering a replacement before you get started as it may be easier to just cut it off.

One thing I have noticed on the C4S, the ride is much harder than any of my other 911 - 04 C2 Cab was softer, as well as my 03 Targa, with Coil-overs - Maybe it's me, lord knows I am not getting younger, 55 years are starting to show :-)

Welcome to the C4S club! I drive mine daily and it’s a true joy! Confidence inspiring in the rain as well. Love the color, one of my favorites next to speed yellow, of course!

Nice Ride! 996C4S is what I originally looked at.
Anyone see a nice Silver one, shoot it my way.
