Bumperettes?

Does anyone know how to take off the 2 black pieces of bumperettes on the rear bumper. I would like to paint them the same color as the car.

#6 allen wrench. AT the bottom of the bumperette is a hole to get to the screws. Need a long allen wrench.

Eric at bumperplugs.com does them for $199.00 complete includes shipping. Takes about 3 weeks.
