Yes, they are all the same 1999-2004 to fit any 996 cab.

All of the cab hardtops are the same for c2, c4 and turbos. But when I bought my used top for my cab, I remember reading somewhere that there were two different types of fasteners utilized at the rear mounting points. One with threads and one that was a bayonet type. Luckily my 99' with the bayonet style rear receptacles worked with a newer model year top of the same color and fastener type. Anyway, just something to consider when you go to look at it. If you take the car instead of a truck when you go to buy it, you'll know right away if the two are compatible. If you need a photo of the fastener that protrudes from the bottom rear of the top on each side, I can take some tomorrow when I get home if it will help.

The 996 for all years used the bayonnet style fasteners. The threaded units showed up with the 997. Other than that the tops are identical for all 996/997 models.

Worse case you can buy bayonets or threaded mounts if needed depending on which way you may want to go.
