I have the gen 1 FF motor mounts on my 99 996. When the vibration gets annoying I switch them out with my OEM mounts. Then I reinstall the FF motor mounts. I'm interested in the new generation FF motor mounts. Anyone who has switched from the previous generation mounts to the current version please comment about the difference in vibration? Thanks. I installed the new ones they sell which are basically just OEM mounts with polyurethane injected in the bottom (you mean those right?). I saw no difference on NVH between these and my prior worn out stock mounts.

I’ve got the wevo mounts and short of better shifting - didn’t notice any NVH issues:. Did you notice any?

My car has a roll bar and front and rear strut bars so it's very stiff IMO. I love the driving effect the Gen 1 FF mounts do but little rattles began showing up and after a while those little annoyances became too amplified. Looking for that effect on driving and shifting without the annoyances. Maybe FF can comment about the differences between these gen products.

I installed the black and switched to the orange. Nice sound in the cabin but I still had vibration issues that I fixed with an old tube sock.
