Just got the car back from Hamann.. Major fault was the airbag light going on.. this time it wasnt the seat harness as mentioned several times in the posts..

the fault was some circular connector on which the steering sits on. the connector gave wrong signals to the airbag sensor probably as well as the horn was intermittent.. part changed, problem basically solved.

As for whoever is suffering from wind noises, here's a probable cause: the windshield surround was refixed properly and the wind noise internally is just as normal..
