Calling all non-40th Anniversary X51 owners
Hello all,
Have been enjoying my 2003 C2 with X51 options. Amazing car, and it took a super long time to find and track down.
I have been wondering how many other 996 X51 cars there are, and have done a lot of research, but have not found any definitive numbers. I've searched threads, and it doesn't seem like there are a lot of them around--no wonder, as the option was around $14k I think!
My car has a lot of great options that you don't often see together, I am including the option sheet.
My question is--are there any other X51 owners out there?
Is there anyone else out there with a similarly optioned car?

Nah, just trying to get info. Although I do love my car.
Wow, no X51 owners on here?
the best I can find is something like 110 made in 2003...but that may just be anecdotal evidence from a thread on here which I cannot find now.
It seemed to be more common on C4S.
Any thoughts? Anyone?

that's interesting, X51 was manual transmission only
there was a highly optioned C2 in the classifieds here with the X51
engine, black / black
my 40th stickered just a tick over $600 more, but included navi.
nice Carrera, I've seen Seal Grey irl, its money

There was a C4S X51 locally here in Atlanta that I looked at a few months ago. It was beat and crazy high mileage... the guy drove it though, nothing wrong with that.

I´ve got one, delivered late 2004 in Iceland. Midnight blue over Savannah. M030 suspension, otherwise pretty basic, around 86000 km. Fantastic car in all aspects!
Would be interesting to know the total number produced, non anniversary cars that is...
