Question about adjustable pedals
After a search I figured I should ask this question directly.
-First, about me - 6'6" 215lbs, but most of my height is in my legs. I have a 40" inseam and size 14 feet. So based on that, legroom and footwell room are at a premium.
-About the car - 2001 C4 Cab. PO had nice aluminum pedal covers installed. He also dropped in a wonderful 3 spoke wheel from Dallas Custom Steering wheels that is flat on the bottom and smaller than factory I think. When I got the car, I installed the 4" rail extensions from www.extendmyseats.com. That was life changing and helped a ton. I try to wear as small soled driving shoes as I can so that I don't add an additional inch to my leg length.
My question is, if I bought fully adjustable pedals from Rennline and ditched the factory pedals and covers, would I benefit from ANY added legroom? Heel-toe work is very tough as I have to get my knee over and close to the wheel where I have diminished clearance anyway. These are the ones I am looking at: http://www.rennline.com/Rennline-Rev...P6059/SLV.RED/
Thanks for your time,
Debo

I have already installed these. http://extendmyseat.com/porsche-911-...seat-brackets/
It really helped alot giving me 4" of leg room. At this point, the back of the drivers seat is touching the cushion on front of the rear seat.

Bert at carnewel offered/offers a 55mm, 2", extension. I have one. Expensive but to me worth it to be comfortable.

There is also a fella in Italy that makes a steering wheel extension. Post 53

You would have less legroom w/ the Rennline pedals, the standard ones just bolt on top of your regular pedals making them slightly thicker. With the fully adjustable version of the gas pedal you would have even less leg room as it brings the pedal up closer to the gas pedal for heel and toe. Even at it's lowest setting it's taller than my stock pedal was.

That is exactly what I needed to know. Thanks all!
