My glass is bad on the interior rear view mirror, any idea how to replace the glass or is that even an option?

Depends on what you mean glass gone bad. I am assuming you have the auto tint one and the liquid is leaking? I think you have to buy the whole unit for replacement, its not cheap if you want to keep the auto tint. there is some aftermarket units with out the tint function for a fraction of the price. its not a hard DIY to change them out.

Thanks, I think I found place that actually fixes the auto dimming part, you send them the mirror. No if I can figure out how to remove it! haha

I have a new OEM auto-dimming mirror that I purchased for my 2002 996 from Gert at Carnewal. I don't have that car anymore and would be happy to sell it at a discount. It has never been installed in a car.
