really? I get the opposite. (assuming you mean bank 2 being where the oem unit is mounted). I do see a difference of exactly what you stated, call it 10psi.

The other thing you could have a good TIG guy do is just build up that wall with TIG filler and forget the part that broke off. I think it would have a fighting chance. If you put a stud in that half of the hole, you might even form threads as you go. In the spirit of this effort...
