Yeah, even though I'm all about OEM, just can't see spending $350+ on a strip of plastic so maybe this is it....

I recently took a chance and ordered one of these for my C4S (I believe this also fits the turbo):
Fit was actually good and I like the look of this more than the narrower stock C4S style lip. The only issue was the holes for the two screws were not drilled out but easily fixed with a dremel.
Install was easy. Remove the two screws on each end, the push the lip forward, away from the car to disengage the the lip from the bumper.
