And can a regular Porsche dealer do this, and corner balancing?

Depends. Where are you located? Independents seem to be between $1000-1500 for install, corner balance, and alignment. Some Porsche dealer may do it (how many left nuts do you have?), but none that I am aware of corner balance.

yep, pretty much. And then if you want sway bars, add another $800 -1000 parts, and camber plates if you want to go that far another $1000ish...
