Who knows what logic lurks in the minds of marketing folks, but I can't begin to imagine what Porsche meant by this, especially with such enthusiasm that it warrants a sticker on the window. Anyone know?

I dunno, but every time I connect my durametric tool once in a while, I immediately remember that sticker on my car...

Not sure it's the answer you want but, it't simply the anti-theft system, that you unlock with the remote. I remember someone said the stickers were there to please EU insurance companies back then...

ah that makes sense. What a weird way to describe it. Not much of a deterrent I suspect since car thieves were likely baffled too.
