Default RUF CTR2

Does anyone know what type of KKK turbo's the RUF CTR2 used?

I'm looking to buy a RUF CTR2 center exit exhaust system and I want to know if it will bolt up to my K16/16G hybrids.

Any ideas anyone?

It will be a K24 based turbo, 520PS quoted so some kind of K24/26 of the era. I believe it should bolt straight on to where a K16 fitted.

Can you post a photo of the CTR center exhaust system? I had mine custom fabricated without mufflers, using the CTR center exhaust bumper.

As it turns out, the RUF CTR2 used a K26/27 Hybrid turbo. The exhaust won't won't bolt up to a 993TT K16 or K24 without modifying the exhaust inlet with the larger diameter K16 flange.

Something not right here.....

The CTR (AKA Yellowbird) used a K26/27 HYbrid.

The CTR2 was based on the 993 with Motronic ECU which controlled the boost pressure via the internal wastegate mechanism in the (then) new K16 or K24 turbos. The K26 based turbos are external wastegated so not usable in the CTR2 system.... Unless of course the engine has been messed with.
