Hit everything, plugs, wires, dist/rotor, fuel filter to no avail. Eventually went with a "Crane E-core LX91" coil and brought gap down to .021-.022. That was it. After that I was blowing every hose that was met with boost. Changed/upgraded all (5) hoses, and car has never run this good. If you're running more boost and have standard gap on plugs, the boost pressure will extinguish the spark prematurely. Good luck
I have standard K16s and the stage 1 from FVD. Should be pretty conservative. Now that you mention it may be I should go higer than 0,8b of boost.

sounds like you have a boost leak at wot if not getting the programmed boost, (good gas and reasonable ambient temps)...
check all your hoses!

Thing is hoses have been checked and checked again.
Umph... puzzling. Just have to be patient and not run out of money

Make sure the 3 hoses behind the engine (boost blow off valves & idle air control valve) that are connected to the base of the intake are pliable and secure. These were the last I had to chase down after finally getting intercooler hoses to stay put.

Update. Geting a bit closer....

New MAF, new O2 sensors, also asked the mech to check the n75 valve and they activated it manualy and found it ok.
1st test drive all worked well, hesitation gone, full boost just above 1b, runs great between 2 and 3k. She really flies. Remember I could not get past 0.8.
2nd test drive it began again. Now I get boost to 1b before it starts backing off or stops before 1b like before. Overall clearly boost control at woot is the issue. It's all over the place !
After 200km or so I feel it starts to get worse again between 2and3k revs...

So overall it doesn't seem to be an air leak or fuel issue, it would be more constant...
May be checking the n75 valve kind of fixed it temporarily. It's my prime suspect at this point.

Could also be that full boost blew off a hoose again in the 1st test drive but it was a relatilely long drive and it worked all along.

Have you confirmed the 3 smaller hoses are VERY secure? You can have a leak in a poorly connected, cracked, torn hose with out it completely blowing off.

We are putingup a list of things to check
It's definitly there. Pretty sure they tigthen them off and on while checkingn75 and MAF so could be it.
Since it worked at 1st it feels itmust be somthing around what was done while changing MAF and O2 censors . Thatreduces the list ofpotential issues some.

Made a search and saw your posts in previous topics.
Thx it gives a lot of hints.

Drove the car a bit more and it got worse, i.e. not geting boost. Pretty sure a hose (or more than one) is on it's way to give up. It sat right after they put them all together after MAF swap and N75valve inspection but it didn't hold after a few max boost runs and/or heat cycles.

I guess a few more try at woot will make it even easier to find

For the record:
Oil consumption solved with overhaul of both turbos.
Lurching/miss at full throttle solved by changing wires/caps, one had a crack close to the engine bloc and the spark was weakened at woot.

Finally could test on the track and she really flies.
This things takes commitment, patience and $$ when things turn bad.

Now just a small leak from left turbo sump that needs fixing

And once again thx for all the help, all the necessary info was there on Rennlist.
