And the price does not even include the required termite inspection and Thompson Water Seal for the interior!

I saw this car in person last week. It is amazing how a car with only 9K miles looks virtually brand new. My personal opinion...what a waste of a perfectly good car. It's lived almost 18 years and yet really hasn't lived at all.

I think $180K is a bit optimistic as I don't think that wood interior is "highly" desirable but I'm sure he will get $130K for it.

On a side note this ever inflating value has somewhat taken the fun out of taking the car and wringing it out in the twisties.

I've actually turned down the last 2 track days offered to me. I guess for those of us who bought these cars to drive them the way Porsche wanted us to we're really in a bit of a tough spot. It's a sad state of affairs when a national for sale search comes back with the cheapest car @ $95k. Pretty scary since KBB rates my car at $48K. Guess it's time to call Leiland West for "special" insurance since I don't want to get caught out Porsche-less if something terrible happens to mine.

While there is a difference between asking and getting price...at this rate I may have to consider putting Ol Yeller up for sale

I really wish the GD bubble would burst. Even with Haggerty, my insurance costs are up $500 which is a total waste 'cause I'm going to continue to drive mine and have no intention of selling.
