Can someone please help me with what the differences are between us spec 993tt and ROW 993tt?

I think I can name a few. ROW has:
front fender side markers
no "bumperettes", front and rear
multicolored (red/orange) rear lenses
clear white front turn lenses
lower suspension
speedo/odo marked in KPH/K in some markets
some performance options not avail in USA

Did not the Row cars also have a horsepower boost, 409 or so versus the 400 we get here?

Was that an actual hp boost, or a difference in measurement? SAE and DIN hp aren't exactly the same last I checked.
