Interior Retrim
I have been looking for 993TT to keep for 5-10 years. Probably drive it 1500 miles a year.
Ideally i would love either silver/black or black/black, but my view is that these cars are appreciating meaningfully right now and black interior cars are at the top of the list. It has reached the point where I "think" I could find a 50,000 mile car in good shape with a non-ideal interior at $15K deduction to the super popular dark interiors?
Is it getting to the point where it is feasible to redo the interiors on these cars? I don't expect to ever be in the show car arena, but I care a little bit about the ability to sell the thing in 5-10 years and not have a pariah? I am just thinking that by then these are near 30 years old and respraying and interior touchup will have been required by all but the garage queens?
