My '96 Arena Red is For Sale

For Sale: 993TT with original paint in “great driver” condition and Rennlist ownership history dating back to 2002. I purchased the car a little over a year ago and now need to make room for a new addition. Car has lots of service records dating back to 2003. Engine is bone stock, passed CA smog in 2012.
When I bought the car I had a PPI performed by Reid Vann in St. Louis (healthy leakdown and no issues) and RMG in Sunnyvale, CA (my wrench) has been through the car and we corrected a few small issues (hood struts, battery, belts, pulley update). Other service items during my ownership include an oil change, replacement clutch accumulator and new OEM windshield. The windshield gutter was checked and no rust was found.
Overall condition is “great driver.” Some front end stone chips and front end chip touch-ups. Original paint has good thickness and shine. I had the front bumper painted (w/ bumperette delete) and the P.O. disclosed he painted the rear bumper after backing into a small object. No other metal panel paintwork known. One of the lower plastic rockers was replaced in 2004. After I purchased the car I noticed that the driver’s door appears to have been off the car (not disclosed prior and not noted in my PPI) but the paint on the door appears to be original. The interior is clean and has wear commensurate with the mileage. The Recaro A8 seats have little wear on the seating surfaces but do have some scuffs/ marks on the backs from normal wear and tear and some children in the backseat.
Previous owners setup the suspension and used the car on the street and for DE days. Chris Cervelli (Colorado) did the alignment and tweaking. Although I am not the best driver, I have found that the car is well sorted, very quick and approachable.

Take note everyone.... The PPO spent little time to prep the car or photograph it well & it took 4 months to sell. The PO did a great job of prepping and photographing the car and it sold in a day. Rocket science 101.
