the wheels on the white one look like speedlines, car has lumbar and bat phone options. I am curious what it sells for.
the black car looks gorgeous!

The reason these reproduction GT2's don't jive with me at these prices is this yellow bird . . . .

Just because it's a Ruf doesn't make this Andial 3.8 motored GT2 clone any less of a car...

Here's are small tidbits why:

Disclosure: I'll take either car in a heartbeat

wow the white tt is a lot like mine, and located close by too. I have the root wood option, but light colored not dark, and my seats are black.

I don't quite get what you mean. Are you saying Steve Beddor's old car isn't worth the 200K+ or that becasue you can get his car for that the others aren't worth it? That Yellow car at least has tons of history and in my opinion a very historic 993 based 911. Have you ever seen the videos of it at Rennsport Reunion? or did you know it was(and still is I think) the fastest car up the moutain at the Virginia City Hill Climb?

I will agree that both cars(Jochen's & The yellow CTR) are very expensive but both are significant in their stories and with the Yellow Bird at least it has a well documented Competition background.

One very significant piece of provenance on Jochan's ex black repro car... it carries Rufus' old aluminum "Turbo" door sill plates. This alone makes the price a bargain.

+1 that changes everything!
(If I had the means, I'd buy either car)

The pool of buyers who could write a $200K check for a clone is probably not that much bigger then those who could write a €500k check for an original, but if you wanted one to drive and enjoy, not park in a garage mahal and worry about depreciation (if driven regularly) , the $200K one could bring more smiles per mile I suspect

Me I'd take one of each (and a race track one version too make a nice look, drive, track set) if I win the lottery. Kudo's to any buyer who can pick one up.

The white color is cool, but the interior is not my favorite. Anyone have any additional thoughts on this car. I'm looking for a 993 Turbo. Silver with black interior is my preference.
