Anyone here have experience running these turbos on aircooled cars?

Why not GT30's? Spool fast enough, and make crazy power as well. GT35's are very large turbos, but then again who knows.

dual GT35's? Hell I'm only using one GTX35r on my 965! Depends on the power level you are looking for. Since this is a custom setup you might as well go for a tial setup. The Alpha 3071's are probably right up your alley and I couldn't be happier with the performance of the alpha 28's. Both have billet wheels btw

I spoke with the people at forced performance today. THey are going to get a quote from Tial to make internally wastegated "Alpha 35's" for me. They will be a custom Alpha 3582. Group buy anyone??

He usually recommends the standard GT35's when going this large. But I want billet compressor wheels. So I'm hunting. Then I'll get his blessing.

Maybe I'll just stop at 3076. Seems like all these newer cars make so much power.

Honestly you probably don't need anything bigger than a 3071. We only run so much boost at the end of the day and I realize the other benefits of a larger turbo moving more air at a lower temp. Take a look at what the 996 guys are doing with dual 3071's, its impressive!

I just can't imagine two Gt35's on 3.6 or 3.8 liters, seems like it would be really laggy. We just can't throw that much boost at these engines to make that worth while like the 996 guys. Once you get over 2 bar its a different ball game!

Either way keep us posted sounds like a fun project

Response from Tial sport is there isn't enough room to machine in the internal wastegate setup with the housing needed. So... I'll wait for Uncle Sam to give back 1/4 of what I age him and get the bolt on. Alpha 3076's. machine some nice boost tubes, formula one adel wiggins hose clamps (10 bar median operating pressure) Done.
