There is no single diagram, instead multiple diagrams per subsystem per model year across the 993 line. There is a lot of reuse / commonality, but the change in ECU and options is the variance form 94 to 98. SO year is an important starting point. But new diagrams also build on / reference earlier diagrams. There is also no Turbo diagram version, just Turbo options on a normal 96-98 993 diagrams.

Bentley Service Manual has a full set of 993 wiring diagrams, as do multiple PDF online versions of the factory service manuals.

Also searching the general 993 forum you will find many threads on many electrical issues / questions / service manuals. A Turbo was not a unique model per say, just an option of the base 993 model from Porsche with 99% the same parts / design / etc. Depending on your question / need, it maybe identical to a NA 993.
