I checked with NYS, no paper title is an issue.
FMV with a clear title, clean ppi ~75k+- 5k.
Why was no h2o banned? He was a wealth of information.

I am assuming that this is a joke. No HT was/is probably the best member on this sight. That guy know the Porsche market and its cars better than ANYONE! He has always been nothing but a classy guy IMO.
