Where in Wisconsin do you buy the 93 octane fuel without ethanol? I can only find 91

No, because the amount of octane boosters you'd need to add would be crazy high in content and costs. Now, maybe adding race gas (100 octane) that does not contain lead and ethanol could be an answer.
