Default 993 turbo for sale in Boulder, CO - Ebay listing

Saw this scanning ebay over lunch

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1996-...item256221e8ab

No affiliation, just thought it looked pretty nice. I live by Boulder if anyone wants me to swing by and take a look.

I feel like that red TTS was on ebay a year or two ago. I think it was discussed somewhere but I can't seem to find the thread. I remember the deviating stitching on the console.

Is it just me, or is the Turbo s wing a bit tacky?

Quadcammer,

I take it you are referring to the red car on eBay. That car IS a Turbo S.

I like the looks of both wings, but changed mine out after talking to Ruf about the increased benefits of the S wing over the standard wing. Not that I'll ever be able to tell the difference.

It's just you. I personally prefer the Turbo S wing to the "melted" stock Turbo wing that looks kind of heavy to me. But then I don't even own a TT ... yet!

Steve, I did see that the red ebay car was a turbo S.

However, I just don't love the appearance of it with the extra spoiler on top.

What did ruf say the benefits were? i'm assuming additional downforce at high speeds?
