You'll know that I have had issues for a lonnnnnnng time where my brakes would loick up.
I had the pump rebuilt but it was the same result. I read in Streathers book that the Hammer was required to do a proper bleed. That made no sense to me but I thought I would give it a go. I have bled brakes many times over the years, but not on a TT.
Had it done today by a proper tech and the brakes are now sublime again, and everything works perfectly.
This is just like the wheel allignment that was all wrong. I took it to Porsche and they used a Kinematic and sorted it out. So just because the local guys had a machine worth $80K meant buggar all really.
My point is that I have learnt that there are some things that quite simply need to be done properly, by the people that know what they are doing.
