What do you think of these RUF wheels

The questions I posed to the seller:
How old are the tires? Is the damage to the wheels superficial? I can't tell in one of the pictures taken edge on by the crinkled up 20 if it is worn off paint or a crack in the rim. The wheels appear to be in rough shape and would need some serious refurbishing.
His reply:
"There are no cracks, but the edge has been curbed on the one rear wheel...
They guys I spoke with here in Vegas wanted 125 a wheel to re edge... Everything else is superficial... Rims and tires have been in the corner of the shop for about 18 months... I'll give ya a call and describe..."
