Default Will these offsets fit?

I have a buddy who has a nice set of 18" Fikse FM10's that I'm thinking of buying from him for my 993TT.

Currently he's running them on his 996TT with front ET44 245/35/18 and rear ET38 295/30/18 Michelin PS2's.

Will these work well on my 993TT?

Thanks!

stock 996tt wheels fit perfectly on 993tt. the sizes you've posted are tire sizes. what's the front and rear wheel widths? if they're 8.5 and 11's your ok and it'll give you an aggressive stance

Front: As he is running 245/35/18's the rims are likely 8.5.
Std offset on 8's - 52
44 on 8.5 results in 2mm greater inward clearance and 14mm outward displacement which should cause no problems.

Rear: the 295/30/18's suggest 11's.
Std offset on 10's - 40
38 on 11 results in 11mm lesser inward clearance and 15mm outward displacement which again should not cause problems at the guards.

Where you might have occasional or infrquent trouble is with rubbing at the plastic front wheels well liner when on moderately turn under load or bump due mainly to the 245 tyre. This happens to me from time to time on 235/35/19's which are marginally taller on the diagonal than yours.

I'd be pretty sure you would have no fender rub.

You are correct...the wheels are 8.5 fronts and 11 rears.

Thanks for the feedback...very helpful and greatly appreciated.
